Make training last beyond Monday
Practical technology training for teams in Cameroon and Gabon.
What should people do differently?
A session can be enjoyable while leaving the work unchanged. Before choosing slides or software, name a task participants should be able to complete afterward: check a suspicious message, explain a dashboard measure, prepare an approved AI-assisted draft or follow a new platform workflow.
Claritas delivers practical training in Cameroon and Gabon through a quarterly programme. Subjects include GPS systems, R, websites, end-user IT and security alongside the wider technology scope. Agree the audience, language, starting level and delivery format when enquiring, and ask for the next confirmed session.

A practical training brief
- Name the learners. Separate beginners, daily users and people responsible for administration.
- Choose the task. Describe an observable action instead of a broad ambition such as “learn AI”.
- Check the environment. Identify devices, access, connectivity and any accessibility needs before the session.
- Prepare safe examples. Use fictional or approved material instead of real customer records or shared passwords.
- Plan a reference. Give participants a short guide they can use when the trainer is no longer beside them.
Use an exercise, then a second attempt
For a dashboard workshop, ask participants to explain what a measure includes and what it excludes. For responsible AI, ask them to check an answer against an approved source. For digital safety, practise where to report a suspicious request. Each exercise should match the subject and participants' level, using safe material they can revisit after the session.
Allow time for questions and a repeat attempt. A quick successful demonstration by the instructor is different from each learner being able to perform the task.
Clarify the course before booking
Claritas’s training scope includes AI, data literacy, cloud, cybersecurity fundamentals and implementation-specific user enablement. Confirm the actual programme, prerequisites, materials, format and follow-up. If certification is relevant, confirm the awarding body, examination and fees separately. Attendance alone does not guarantee a professional certification or employment outcome.
