Family Tree knowledge base

Build family records, review direct connections and explore the family graph. Use only the families and profiles your account is allowed to access.

Find your family workspace

Understand the difference between My Family and Family Universe.

What to do

  1. Use the development platform address supplied by the owner and sign in with your own permitted account. No public release or final product name is confirmed by this guide.
  2. Open My Family for family selection, people records and management. Confirm the selected family before adding or changing anyone.
  3. Open Family Universe for the large relationship graph. It is the exploration view; it is not a different family database.
  4. If a family or person is missing, check the selected family and account access. Do not create duplicate people just to work around a permission problem.

These instructions describe the current development source. The supplied graph picture contains fictional Example profiles from a test suite, not a real family. Permissions can change what your account sees. The owner must confirm the final public name and distribution destination before release.
