Fix a silent sound, missing template or unexpected screen change
Check common playback and display problems before contacting support.
What to do
- For silence check Sound is enabled, a sound/file is selected and the phone media volume is raised. A template video is intentionally muted and does not use the Banner sound selection.
- For missing template media reconnect to the internet and reopen its category; current templates and sounds are remote media with caching.
- For a fullscreen banner tap once to reveal X; use Android Back if controls are hidden.
- If Flash colors or speed reset after leaving the app, that is the current background-reset behavior. Do not assume a saved preset was deleted.
- For rewarded-ad failure wait and retry, choose a free item or review Premium. An ad availability error is not a successful unlock.
- For support include app version, Android version, affected tab and exact non-sensitive error. Do not include passwords, purchase tokens or personal files.
Test a short free message with no sound first. If that works, add the affected font, effect, sound or template one at a time. This helps isolate the setting that triggers the problem and gives support a repeatable example. Avoid sending screenshots containing purchase details or unrelated personal notifications.
Keep in mind
There is currently no saved-banner or export library in the inspected implementation. The Settings Share App action shares an app link, not the banner or a generated video.
