FounderOS knowledge base

Use a local business workspace to review records, prepare drafts and approve supported actions. External connections require their own setup.

Set up your FounderOS workspace

Start with your business profile or explore the isolated sample first.

What to do

  1. Start the local application with its supplied launcher and open its local address. The default is http://127.0.0.1:4327 while the server is running on that same computer.
  2. Choose Set up my workspace. Enter your name and business, then choose goals, channels, departments and schedule.
  3. For a safe introduction, choose Explore a sample. The banner marks every person, amount and activity as illustrative; sample changes do not populate your real workspace.
  4. Add your own records before running departments. Choosing a marketing channel expresses a preference; it does not connect or authorize that account.

FounderOS is a local, single-owner application in development, not a public multi-user service. Keep the server on loopback rather than exposing it to the Internet. The sample is held separately and is not a permanent substitute for a backup of your real records.
