Use a local business workspace to review records, prepare drafts and approve supported actions. External connections require their own setup.

Schedules, pausing and a sleeping computer

Local scheduled work needs the server and computer to remain awake.

What to do

  1. Open Settings and review Your daily rhythm. Choose daily, hourly or manual department runs as appropriate.
  2. Choose your briefing time and save with Save preferences. Confirm the business timezone rather than assuming it matches every client.
  3. Use Pause team when you want checks to stop. Resume deliberately; closing a browser tab is not the same as stopping the local server.
  4. If a run is missing, check whether the computer slept or the server stopped. The source includes daily catch-up after startup; it does not promise continuous cloud execution.

Account monitoring also depends on provider configuration and credentials. A scheduled brief, a department check and an external message delivery are separate outcomes. Review System Health and the visible history before assuming a notification was delivered. Do not expose the local service publicly to make it run while your own computer is asleep.
