Your Mail knowledge base

Set up existing company mailboxes, read and send email, and choose the device calendars you use.

Add a mailbox, approve its servers and test it

Review the email identity and both credential destinations before entering a mailbox password.

  1. Choose Add first mailbox or Add mailbox inside the company.
  2. Enter Email address or name before @. If you enter only a name, choose the correct company email domain and check the displayed Identity.
  3. Add an optional mailbox label or sender display name. Leave username overrides empty when the company's username rules already match your provider.
  4. Read Servers used to connect. Check both the incoming and outgoing destination. Enable I recognise and approve these servers only if they are correct.
  5. Enter the mailbox password, or the provider's app password when required. Enable Use a different SMTP password only when outgoing mail needs separate credentials.
  6. Choose Test incoming and outgoing. Review each result, then choose Save mailbox.

If approval or a test is unsuccessful

You can leave setup without approving destinations. Credentials are requested only after destination approval. Use Edit company servers to correct missing settings; if the address domain is wrong, edit the company's email domains instead. After changing connection destinations, approve them again and enter fresh credentials when requested. A successful incoming test does not establish that outgoing mail also works.
