Configure custom questions, booking flow and embedding
Save relevant questions and allow embedding only on intended websites.

Booking form and embed
Configure relevant flow controls and custom questions (short text, long text, single choice, checkbox), required state and offered options. Archive obsolete fields instead of rewriting historical answers. Required questions and policy evidence are validated server-side; no arbitrary HTML/script is supported.
Configure exact permitted embed origins, copy the provided iframe/loader snippet to the authorized website and keep the hosted fallback link. Test the real parent origin: cross-window resize/events require correct source/origin. Embedding does not expose private customer data. See embed contract for developer installation details.
Validation failures: unsafe URL, invalid colour/contrast, malformed question/options, invalid image, stale version, insufficient grant or restricted subscription. Correct/reload before retrying; do not assume a failed save partially applied.
Flow and questions
- In Booking flow choose First selection, Booking language, Custom flow introduction and Show service categories as needed; Save booking flow.
- Under Add a custom question enter Key, Label, Display order and Field type: Short text, Long text, Single choice or Checkbox.
- Single choice uses Options, one per line. Set Required intentionally, then Add question.
- Open Edit question for existing items; update supported fields/Active/Required and Save question. Archive obsolete questions rather than rewriting old answers.
Embed allowlist
Enter exact Allowed parent origins, then Save exact allowlist. Use Open embed document and copy the supplied iframe/loader snippet to an authorized website, retaining the hosted fallback link. Scheme, hostname and port belong to the origin; a similar site is not automatically allowed. Test the actual parent site for resizing/navigation. The public form still validates required questions/policy evidence. Malformed fields/options, unsafe origins, stale forms and missing grants can reject saving; these are not arbitrary executable HTML/script fields.
