Check your confirmation and deposit instructions
An Approved appointment reserves a time; its deposit and payment status are separate.
Review before you confirm
On Review your booking, check the service, professional, date and time, location, total and deposit due. Select Approve booking once, then wait for the result. If the outcome is unclear, check for confirmation before creating another appointment.
Approved means the appointment reserves capacity. It does not mean a payment was taken or a deposit was paid. The visible booking reference identifies the appointment; it is not a password for private booking details.
Follow the business instructions
Authorized confirmation details can show Deposit instructions, the address and Arrival instructions. Follow the business's actual payment and payment-proof instructions. Reserva's current customer flow does not provide an online payment checkout or automatically inspect your proof.
A displayed five-hour deposit deadline can produce a warning when it passes. That warning does not automatically cancel an Approved appointment. Contact the business about payment receipt, changes, refunds or its cancellation conditions.
Keep your confirmation and private management link safe. Do not post screenshots containing full addresses, personal contact details, payment instructions or private booking URLs when asking for general software help.
