Save Terms, Privacy, website and social links
Publish the two required HTTPS policy references and maintain real external destinations.
For: Business Owner · authorized Manager. Open: Settings → Published policies / Website & social links.
Policy steps
- Enter Terms and Conditions URL and Privacy Policy URL for your approved business documents.
- Open/test both HTTPS destinations. Booking cancellation/lateness/no-show terms belong in Terms, not a substituted Privacy Policy.
- Choose Save policy links and reload.
- Check the public form’s links and unchecked customer acknowledgement.
Each save creates versioned references for future bookings, even when a document changed at the same URL. Reserva records the URL/version, not a copy of the external document. Keep published document history. Missing either link prevents new customer bookings after saving; historical acceptances remain. Legacy additional conditions remain required until explicitly incorporated/retired.
Website & social links
Enter a valid supported provider URL, leave unused optional links blank and choose Save social links. This publishes customer destinations; it does not connect a social API, configure credentials or prove account ownership. Unsafe/invalid URLs, stale edits or insufficient grants can reject saving. These fields do not create legal documents or certify compliance. Reload if Policy settings unavailable appears before editing.
