Sign in and use the right portal
Use email/password or a configured provider and understand existing sessions.
For: Business · Staff · Independent Professional. Open: Sign in / Choose another portal.
Dedicated login entry points - October 19
Business Owner/Manager: /business/login (short link /business). Invited Business Staff: /staff/login (short link /staff). Independent Professional: /independent/login (short link /independent). URLs use account/workspace names rather than pricing tiers. The shared /login page links to all three; platform administration remains separate. The server determines the permitted portal from verified identity and trusted membership/plan data. Choosing a URL never grants a role. Independent sign-in, continuation, sign-out and authenticator setup use its dedicated path. /staff/login now identifies invited Business Staff only.
Sign in
- Choose Business Owner, Business Staff or Independent Professional for your actual membership.
- On Sign in, enter Email address and Password, then Sign in securely. The password-eye icon only controls local visibility.
- When asked, enter the current six-digit Authenticator code and Verify code. Cancel verification cancels that attempt.
- For an already signed-in session, choose Continue to my business / Continue to Reserva, or Sign out before another person uses the browser.
Provider and error states
Continue with Google uses the existing identity-provider flow. Microsoft and Yahoo choices are conditional on configuration. Source code and a button do not establish working production provider setup. Use the original registered identity/method; cancellation or a blocked popup requires an appropriate retry, not a second account.
Unverified email, disabled identity, inactive Staff, revoked membership or wrong portal can reject access independently of password correctness. Follow verification/invitation/permitted-workspace guidance. Reset password cannot reactivate suspended Staff or renew business access. Sign Out ends the Reserva application session; your identity-provider session may remain separate. Customers use the public business booking link.
